Hollywood representative couple Timothée Chalamet (29) and Kylie Jenner (27) appeared together for the first time in public after two years of dating. The two displayed bold physical affection on the film awards ceremony red carpet, revealing their affection, while the reason for their long-lasting relationship was also shared.

Chalamet and Jenner attended the 69th David di Donatello Awards in Rome, Italy, on the 8th (local time) together. This is the first time they have appeared side by side on the red carpet as an official couple. The two captured the attention of the global press by appearing on the photo line while holding hands and embracing, smiling.

The couple's relationship first came to light in April 2023 when Jenner's vehicle was spotted at Chalamet's residence. They were subsequently recognized as an official couple with sightings of them kissing at a Beyoncé concert, at the U.S. Open, and on a nightclub date. Recently, they were spotted dancing together at a Miami F1 Grand Prix afterparty, drawing attention. An associate noted, "The two danced freely into the early morning without caring about the people's gaze," adding, "They seemed to enjoy as if no one was watching."

Additionally, the reason Chalamet and Jenner have been able to maintain a long relationship is attributed to their thorough self-management regarding exposure from the 'Kardashian family' reality show and social media.

An insider told the Daily Mail, "Chalamet has made it clear from the beginning that he never wants to become a (show) prop," adding, "That's why he doesn't want to appear on the Kardashian show, and he only shows up with Kylie at events. He wants to build his career seriously as a star. Both of them know that it wouldn’t benefit each other if Chalamet appeared on the family show." The Kardashian show is a program that reveals the private lives of the Kardashian family, generating considerable buzz over issues such as dating, divorce, childbirth, business, friendship, and conflict.

Chalamet avoided questions related to Jenner's support at the Palm Springs International Film Festival earlier this year, mentioning only support from fans and colleagues. Additionally, an insider stated, "The relationship has been very difficult for both due to (attention and rumors) surrounding the awards and premieres earlier this year," adding, "But they are doing well. Jenner is his passionate fan. She clears her schedule to attend awards and premieres with him. She fully supports his career."

He continued, "Chalamet naturally spends time with Jenner's children, and Jenner's family views him very positively. Jenner is currently the happiest she has ever been." Jenner has two children with her ex-husband Travis Scott.
