On the 7th, the tvN show 'You Quiz on the Block' (hereafter 'You Quiz') featured superstar Jennie, who had just come from Coachella.

That day, Jennie revealed that she had prepared for a whopping 16 months before taking the stage at Coachella. Cho Sae-ho asked, 'What kind of stage is Coachella?' and Jennie explained, 'It's one of the largest music festivals in the world. It runs for two weeks. Many artists gather during Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for a festival in the middle of the desert.'

In fact, Jennie performed live without a break for 50 minutes, singing 13 songs. She was so impactful at Coachella that the term 'Jentchella' emerged, referring to the 2025 Coachella dominated by Jennie. When asked how she felt these days, Jennie stated, 'I think for the first time in my life, I genuinely felt a sense of relief. It felt really refreshing. I don't think I need to see it for a while. I don’t need to work for a bit.'

When asked how many times she watched her video, Jennie candidly replied, 'I watched it in full about twice, and then it started popping up more. It keeps coming up on my phone.'

She continued, 'I usually don’t monitor much. I tend to overthink, so I thought that if I monitor, I might get caught up in small details, so I wanted to keep a broader perspective. But I watched a bit of Coachella. It's not because it was perfect, but because it was my genuine self that I put in, and I felt embarrassed, but I watched it.'

'What's amazing is that you performed live for 50 minutes without a break, singing about 13 songs. How much did you practice?' asked Yoo Jae-suk. Jennie explained, 'I originally find it hard to do a full rehearsal. I felt there was a wall in terms of my stamina when it came to what I do. I wanted to overcome that, so whenever I had the time, I would run while singing for 50 minutes. If I couldn’t do it, I would receive treatment again, and it was a stage achieved by repeating treatment and practice.' She added, 'This was truly a battle with myself.'
