Park Na-rae, whose 'Itaewon house' was burglarized, recently said she has received back valuables worth tens of millions of won stolen by the thief.
On the afternoon of the 7th, a video titled 'Jo Bo-ah, did you get hurt?' was uploaded to the YouTube channel 'Narae's Table.'
Earlier, on the 8th, Park Na-rae experienced a theft incident where valuables worth tens of millions of won disappeared from her home. Park Na-rae purchased a single-family house in Yongsan District, Seoul, for 5.5 billion won in 2021, showcasing the house through MBC's 'I Live Alone.' After learning of the theft on the 7th, Park Na-rae showed symptoms of shock and cancelled her appearance on MBC's Standard FM 'Son Tae-jin's Trot Radio.' As there were no signs of external intrusion, there were suspicions of an inside job. However, it was eventually revealed by the police to be the act of a 'man in his 30s' with multiple prior convictions.
Jo Bo-ah asked, "Did you resolve it well?" and Park Na-rae replied, "I received all my belongings back last week." Jo Bo-ah said, "But luckily, they didn't sell it," and Park Na-rae responded, "No, they sold it. They sold it, but it surprisingly didn't disappear in a very short time."
Park Na-rae reminisced, saying, "Older sister Kim Ji-min is getting married in July (to older brother Kim Jun-ho), and she called to say she is having a wedding shoot with the team. The days when women have to dress up the most are the wedding day and the reunion day. Since my friend is getting married, I wanted to carry the most expensive bag I have at home. Just as I was about to take out the carefully stored bag, it was gone. I wondered, 'Where is it?' and that's when my mental state collapsed."
She continued, "I have a younger sibling who is very tenacious, and I told her about this. I said, 'It’s gone. I don't know what to do,' and she told me, 'It must have been sold to a second-hand luxury shop 100%." She said she would search online overnight to see if it had come up for sale. It turned out to be listed. The color and model year were exactly the same. So I reported it to the police, and that's when the news articles started coming out."
Park Na-rae expressed, "So I felt really sorry. We had planned to meet for the wedding shoot, but we couldn’t. I couldn’t explain in detail, and articles kept coming out about it," and Jo Bo-ah noted, "I didn’t know that. I intended to contact you beforehand regarding the participation in Narae's Table, saying, 'Let’s meet that day,' and you replied well. But then, the internet was filled with your name. I thought, 'What should I do? I tried to talk casually... I'm sorry, older sister.' I am relieved that I could talk about it while smiling."
In response, Park Na-rae added, "I was just thinking that I need to tell you when I meet you."
