On the 5th, Seventeen sequentially posted the concept teaser, 72 photos, and 1 film of their fifth studio album "HAPPY BURSTDAY" in the "NEW MYSELF" version on the team's official social media. The three contents, organically linked, raise expectations for the members, who undergo self-transformation through voluntary change, as they are reborn as a new Seventeen.

The concept teaser shows the silhouettes of the members in a collage, illustrating the reasons for their disappearance. While the previously released "NEW ESCAPE" version announced the disappearance of Seventeen, this teaser contains the phrase "I DISAPPEARED INTENTIONALLY TO CHALLENGE MYSELF."

The concept photos that followed reveal Seventeen's new appearance, akin to a caterpillar transforming inside a cocoon. The graceful movements of the members intertwine delicately with white threads, maximizing the mysterious atmosphere. The subtle lighting creates a cool mood that highlights Seventeen's striking visuals. The rhythmic images in the concept film and the resonating sound of a heartbeat at the end heighten tension and amplify curiosity about the new album.

Seventeen's fifth studio album "HAPPY BURSTDAY," set to be released on the 26th, features a title that combines the word "Birthday," which signifies a birthday, and the English word "Burst," which means explosion, eruption, or beginning, showcasing the members' determination to be reborn as a new Seventeen.

Seventeen will unveil the final version, the "NEW BURSTDAY" concept photos and film, on the 8th. Sequentially, they will present the tracklist on the 13th, a highlight medley on the 16th, and two official teasers on the 23rd and 24th. A "B-DAY PARTY" celebrating Seventeen's 10th debut anniversary will take place on the 23rd to 25th, while a "BURST Stage" will be held on the 25th at the Jamsu Bridge in Seoul, the day before the album's release.
