The 'Gen Z Beauty' group KiiiKiii (Jiyu, Isol, Sui, Ha-eum, Kiya) surprised fans with gifts for Children's Day.

KiiiKiii unexpectedly released a video titled 'KiiiKiii Kiii 'I DO ME' Dance Practice (Children's Day ver.)' on its official YouTube channel on the 5th.

Before the video was uploaded, KiiiKiii shared childhood photos and reenactments by the members on its official SNS, generating a strong reaction. Among these, the Children's Day version of the 'I DO ME' choreography video became a gift for the 'Tiki' (official fan club name) and sparked an interest in K-pop fandom.

In the video, KiiiKiii members wore frilled skirts and headbands, exuding cuteness, and recreated their childhood photos, eliciting smiles. They presented a fresh interpretation of 'I DO ME' themed for Children's Day, capturing attention.

In particular, they infused witty lines like "What class are you in?" and "I’m in the chick class" into their choreography, expressing the joy of playing children while showcasing chemistry. They also added a playful touch to performances depicting games like the point choreography of 'I DO ME' with concepts like a guessing game and tag, capturing the fans' preferences with a 'cute and lively' charm distinct from 'Gen Z Beauty.'

'I DO ME' is the title track from KiiiKiii's debut album 'UNCUT GEM,' expressing the heart of an independent girl determined to live confidently by believing in her instincts. The song maximizes the members' bold charms while demonstrating harmonious and cheerful teamwork within freedom, which could also be confirmed through the Children's Day version choreography video.

After the release of the 'I DO ME' music video, KiiiKiii topped the YouTube trending music video chart and placed third on the Melon Hot 100 chart (based on 30 days post-release), quickly securing a spot in the top 100 and maintaining a strong presence. Additionally, KiiiKiii captured its first terrestrial music show trophy on MBC's 'Show! Music Core,' continuing the momentum.

Recently, KiiiKiii ranked first in brand reputation for rookie idol groups from March through May, demonstrating overwhelming influence for three consecutive months.

Meanwhile, KiiiKiii plans to continue reaching out to fans through various activities. On the 11th, they will perform at 'KCON JAPAN 2025' at Makuhari Messe in Chiba Prefecture, Japan.
