Kyuhyun, a member of the group Super Junior, expressed his insecurities regarding educational background.

On the 6th, a new episode of 'Salon Drip 2' titled 'Beep-Beeep- The Radar for Abyss Detection has been Activated' was released on the YouTube channel 'TEO.'

Kyuhyun, who grants a role in Netflix's 'Devil's Plan: Death Room,' responded to a question about whether 'Salon Drip 2' felt unfamiliar by saying, 'There are members of the 'Devil's Plan' production team, so it wasn't unfamiliar.'

Kyuhyun mentioned regarding the casting invitation for 'Devil's Plan: Death Room' that, 'The casting came through various routes. Four participants from the general public were selected through screening, along with influencers, entertainers, professional gamers, and more. I received a casting request and after considering it, I accepted. However, since I play the brain role in the entertainment industry and within Super Junior, if I were to be eliminated right away, it wouldn't benefit at all, so I was half actively recommended and half pessimistic. Shindong highly recommended me, and Lee Hyesung, who granted a role in 'Devil's Plan' Season 1, also recommended me.'

Especially, Kyuhyun stated, 'I realized while watching brain survival programs that rankings aren't determined solely by educational background,' adding, 'A lot of prestigious universities came up, and I feel pressure regarding my educational background. My father ran an academy, and during my school years, I was followed by the label that 'if you can't go to university, the academy must close.' I studied under everyone's expectations.'

Kyuhyun added, 'Even now, not being able to speak English is due to trauma. I can do Japanese and Chinese as hobbies, but I can't do English. So, while I have respect for those with good educational backgrounds, I think 'Devil's Plan' isn't a battle of educational backgrounds, and I thought my quick wit would cover that, which is why I participated.'
