Vocalist K.will shared his thoughts on the conclusion of Starship's 'Debut's Plan.'
On 4th, Starship Entertainment (hereafter 'Starship') concluded its large-scale global project 'Debut's Plan,' which covered the debut process of the next boy group, successfully.
K.will, the first artist of Starship and currently serving as a director, participated as a special trainer and board member in this project, leading the growth of the debut preparation trainees 'NewKids' by being involved in the vocal classes and mission evaluations.
K.will's efforts shone in the 'vocal class.' As a leading vocalist in the country, he identified key points throughout the songs, enhancing the trainees' song interpretation skills, while encouraging them to confidently showcase their hidden talents on stage.
Moreover, based on his extensive experience, he provided realistic and warm feedback in various evaluations, including performance, rapping, and acting, contributing to the practical growth of the trainees, while also adding fun to the broadcast with his witty remarks.
As the journey of 'Debut's Plan' concluded with the birth of the group 'IDID,' K.will stated through his agency, "Watching the project that started last year come to an end yesterday brought a lot of emotions. I am proud of the trainees who did their best until the end with earnest hearts, and I sincerely want to tell all the NewKids that they worked hard."
He continued, "I also send congratulations to the members of 'IDID' who will debut this year. Having been a judge in the past Monsta X debut project, seeing Monsta X now thriving on the big stage is particularly emotional, and I expect to feel such emotions while watching 'IDID' as well." He added, "Since this is a team selected with the support and encouragement of many fans, I believe they will grow to represent K-pop. It was personally a very meaningful time to participate in the beginning of 'IDID,' and I will continue to support them actively."
Meanwhile, at the final live evaluation of 'Debut's Plan' broadcasted on 4th, K.will, participating as a board member, along with Monsta X's Shownu, Kihyun, Jooheon, WJSN's Summer, Dayoung, Yoonjeong, Cravity's Serim, Allen, Seongmin, IVE's Gaul, RAY, Liz, and Kiki's Jiyu, Sui, and Kiya, gathered to create a warm atmosphere.
