Comedians Kim Hak-rae and Lim Mi-sook visit the production team of "The Cupid of Joseon" to arrange their 34-year-old son's marriage.
In the episode airing on the 5th, Kim Hak-rae, known as "a parent with children but no grandchildren," seeks help from the production team, known as "matchmaking artisans," who made '54-year-old unmarried' Sim Hyun-seop the 9th couple of "The Cupid of Joseon." Kim Hak-rae's wife, Lim Mi-sook, noted, "(Our son) hasn’t even shown any interest yet. He needs to start dating to be able to marry. I'm excited for what’s to come."
Meanwhile, the couple's troubling son, Kim Dong-young, began his meeting with the production team with a long sigh. At 34 years old, he expressed, "I think marriage is still quite distant for me. I do feel some urgency, but to be honest, I believe my own self is a bit more important at the moment."
In contrast, the mother Lim Mi-sook had different thoughts. She revealed to the production team, "The thing I envy most about my brother Yong-sik is how his partner is pregnant with Su-min's child. It's so adorable. My husband is now over 70, and I want to see grandchildren… I want him to get married."
In response, Kim Dong-young said, "If there is a good person who matches well with me, I think I could get married," and he agreed to a blind date arranged by the production team to fulfill his parents' wishes.
Amidst this, the production team, acting as Cupid again, featured beautiful women at the blind date. Kim Dong-young formed a flirty atmosphere with a smile and bold flirting. Watching this, Kim Hak-rae also broke into a big smile, creating a warm atmosphere.
