The familiar faces of Kwak Sun-young and Kim Jun-han appeared in 'Resident Playbook.'

In the 7th episode of the tvN weekend drama 'Resident Playbook' (created by Shin Won-ho and Lee Woo-jung/directed by Lee Min-soo/written by Kim Song-hee/planned by CJ ENM Studios/produced by Egg Is Coming) that aired on the 3rd, Lee Ik-soon (played by Kwak Sun-young) appeared.

On this day, intern Tak Gi-on (played by Cha Gang-yoon) looked for the hospitalized Ik-soon, and upon Gi-on's remark, "I will check the electrocardiogram," Ik-soon couldn't hide her surprise, saying, "You didn't do it last time. Why are you doing it now?"

In response, Gi-on said, "Because of the metastasis, it might be a heart issue, so I was told to check it," and Ik-soon couldn't hide her anxiety, questioning, "Are you saying that if it's metastasis, it means cancer?"

In the meantime, Ik-soon received a call from Kim Jun-wan (played by Jung Kyung-ho), which caught attention. Notably, wearing a ring on her left fourth finger, Ik-soon spoke sweetly on the phone, saying, "Oh, oppa. Not yet. I told you not to worry. I will call you right after it's over."

Afterward, Ik-soon expressed her concern, saying, "I just thought I was okay without taking the medicine," when Ahn Chi-hong (played by Kim Jun-han) appeared, questioning, "What's going on? Are you in a lot of pain? What's wrong?" and couldn't hide his worry.

At that moment, Pyo Nam-gyeong (played by Shin Si A) appeared and asked, "Lee Ik-soon? 82 years old?" and expressed, "I'm really sorry. I think the intern got the patient wrong," discovering Gi-on's mistake.

Then, Chi-hong scolded, "Isn't confirming the patient the most basic of the basics? It’s an absolutely unacceptable mistake," and Ik-soon playfully replied, "Come on, Dr. Ahn. The kids are too out of control."
