The agency explained, "DAY6 held the 3rd WORLD TOUR 'Forever Young' concert in Jakarta on the 3rd. Due to the unsatisfactory operations during the process of resolving issues with the local promoter, we faced difficulties in handling on-site conditions and safety measures amid worsening weather, and the soundcheck and the start of the concert were delayed beyond the schedule."

Furthermore, it bowed its head, saying, "We sincerely apologize to the fans who had to endure inconvenience while waiting for the performance in the inclement weather for a long time, and we also sincerely apologize to the artists who did their best while considering the fans even in difficult situations."

The agency also noted, "We take this matter very seriously and feel a heavy sense of responsibility," and promised, "We will ensure that the artists can fully focus on the performance under the best conditions and will do our utmost in artist care and carefully monitor on-site situations to guarantee a comfortable viewing experience for the fans."

Finally, the agency stated, "We once again apologize for causing distress to all the fans who attended the DAY6 performance," concluding its statement.

Meanwhile, DAY6 performed in Jakarta the day before. However, the concert did not proceed smoothly due to heavy rain that fell locally before the performance, leading to complaints and protests from local fans.
