Jeong Eun-ji from 'Problematic Men' revealed that she performed cardio three times a day to lose weight.
In the KBS2 broadcast of 'Problematic Men' on the afternoon of 1st, Jeong Eun-ji and Lee Jun-young, the stars of the KBS2 drama '24-Hour Health Club' grants appeared.
When asked how long it took to get close to Lee Jun-young, Jeong Eun-ji noted, 'I think we got a bit closer after seeing each other about three times.' Jeong Eun-ji said, 'When we first met, my ears and face turned red,' and upon hearing this, Kim Jong-kook asked, 'Did you misinterpret it? 'Do you like me?'
Jeong Eun-ji honestly conveyed, 'No, the opposite. I don’t think you like me much. You explained it to me, saying that I am very shy,' which caught people's attention.
Jeong Eun-ji also revealed that she gained 9 kg for her role. Jeong Eun-ji explained, 'I had to eat late-night snacks no matter what. But I knew I had to lose it again, so I gained weight while eating chicken breast.'
Saying it was the first time seeing that weight while active, Jeong Eun-ji disclosed, 'It was really hard to lose weight since bulk-up and weight gain happened together.' Jeong Eun-ji stated, 'It took me a month and a half to gain weight, and I lost it in two weeks,' adding that to lose weight she 'did cardio three times a day.'
