Last winter, 12 dancers from 'Stage Fighter,' which sparked a new dance boom in South Korea and showcased the charm of pure dance, are officially starting their activities.

Today (2nd), the 12 main performers of Mnet 'Stage Fighter' announced the start of their official activities as STF Dance Company.

The STF Dance Company plans to kick off its first nationwide tour in November this year and continue with new performances every six months.

As various genres come together, the company plans to try innovative approaches that cannot be seen anywhere else, including performances featuring styles presented in the original 'Stage Fighter,' classical pieces from each genre, crossovers that transcend genres, and collaborations with artists from other fields. Additionally, new forms of performances linked to online and offline content will be arranged.

At the same time, it is planned to reveal the process of creating performances through the official YouTube channel STF.D, and various dance company activities showcasing the individual charms of the dancers will also be posted.

The final members of the STF Dance Company are a total of 11: Kang Kyung-ho, Jung Sung-wook, and Kim Yoo-chan (ballet), Kim Hye-hyeon, Yun Hyuk-jung, and Kim Hyun-ho (modern dance), and Kim Si-won, Kim Hyo-jun, Park Jun-woo, Kim Gyu-nyeon, and Kim Jong-cheol (Korean traditional dance).

Choi Ho-jong (Korean traditional dance), who secured the first place as the top dancer of the company, decided to leave for solo activities after lengthy discussions with the production team.

Consequently, a new member is expected to join the STF Dance Company to fill the vacancy. It's increasing curiosity about which of the dancers who did not make it into the final 12 will be selected.
