Moon Hee-jun's daughter Jam Jam (Hee-yul) signed a contract with a YouTube agency, officially starting her career as a YouTuber.
On the 2nd, a video titled "Jam Jam meets the IVE sisters?!" was uploaded to the 'Jaemi House' channel. On that day, Moon Hee-jun told Hee-yul, "Shall I tell you some good news? We have a YouTube agency now."
Hee-yul, while happy, said, "But I don't really know what a YouTube agency does," and Moon Hee-jun suggested, "Let's ask the production team what kind of place the YouTube agency is when we meet them," and visited the agency's office with Hee-yul, his son Hee-woo, and So-yul.
Afterward, Moon Hee-jun and Hee-yul had a meeting with the production team they would be working with in the future. Moon Hee-jun noted, "If it's YouTube, you have to operate the channel yourself, so I started it myself, but as I went along, the biggest problem was that I periodically experienced burnout. The hardest thing was thinking about what to shoot next week. It wasn't easy to do it alone anymore, so I started looking for a YouTube agency. I was drawn to Treasure Hunter, and among the YouTube creators associated with Treasure Hunter, there were some I enjoyed watching. So I think that heightened my interest."
He asked, "Once we sign a contract, we have to keep uploading videos every week, so we need to keep filming. Are you okay with that?" Hee-yul replied, "Sure, sounds good!" Moon Hee-jun then asked, "Do you never get tired, Jam Jam?" but Hee-yul responded, "No," showing her enthusiasm for YouTube activities.
The production team inquired, "Have you imagined making content by yourself before?" Hee-yul shared her plans, saying, "I want to meet idols, play Roblox, and do hidden camera pranks." Moon Hee-jun joked, "Personally, I hope we can do a hidden camera on Mom. She has great reactions and is easily fooled. She's been tricked into marrying me," and asked, "So, what do I need to write on this first contract for your dream of being an idol?"
The production team replied, "While there will be a contract with us, it would be good to write a separate contract promising that Jam Jam can shoot these kinds of content." Moon Hee-jun suggested, "I would like an exception clause for my first condition. Sometimes I want to rest a bit, right? There are also reruns for broadcasts. How about taking a break if it gets too hard, like that?" Hee-yul countered, "No, we should keep going to increase the subscriber count," showing her determination.
Moon Hee-jun asked, "What do you want to do most?" Hee-yul replied, "Meeting idols. IVE." Moon Hee-jun responded, "Meeting IVE might be tough since those sisters could be busy. We can try it, but if it doesn’t work out, you have to understand that," and added, "I hope Jam Jam gets to do what she wants. When I was just with her, there were many things I told her were impossible because I said a lot of unlikely things."
Hee-yul went on to request content ideas such as Roblox, hidden camera pranks, meeting YouTubers, and traveling abroad. Moon Hee-jun emphasized, "The most important part of any contract is the revenue share. How the earnings are split is crucial. The second is keeping the contract. If you don’t keep it, it’s a big deal. It’s not something you can break," and the two concluded their meeting by signing the contract.
Meanwhile, Moon Hee-jun married So-yul in 2017 and has a daughter, Moon Hee-yul, and a son, Moon Hee-woo.
