The movie 'Opposition' is causing over-immersion with its various relationships.

Recently, the film 'Opposition' (directed by Hwang Byeong-guk, provided/distributed by Plus M Entertainment, produced by HYBE Media Corp.) is about to surpass 2 million viewers. Among them, the diverse characters are inducing multiple viewings with their relationships.

'Opposition' is a crime action film that unfolds as broker Lee Kang-soo (Kang Ha-neul), who designs the drug scene in South Korea, prosecutor Koo Kwan-hee (Yoo Hae-jin), who strives to rise higher, and detective Oh Sang-jae (Park Hae-joon), who bets everything to eradicate drug crime, become intertwined with different objectives.

As it breathes life into theaters and maintains a solid box office success, the film has entered long-term screenings thanks to a strong word of mouth. The thrilling action, intense acting battles by trusted actors, and a storyline that feels more realistic than reality, along with the multi-dimensional chemistry of unique characters, provide great satisfaction to audiences, becoming a significant driving force for multiple viewings.

The unpredictable chemistry created by detective Oh Sang-jae (Park Hae-joon) of the dedicated drug investigation team and broker 'Opposition' Lee Kang-soo (Kang Ha-neul) captivated audiences with another charm of the work. Oh Sang-jae often found himself empty-handed in his investigations due to Lee Kang-soo's schemes, leaving only discomfort and hostility between them. However, they eventually unite for a single goal and gradually showcase a perfect synergy, delivering unexpected fun to audiences. In particular, the small conversations that fill the work boast a charming back-and-forth akin to real friends, painting the theater with joyful laughter. Park Hae-joon mentioned about Kang Ha-neul, saying, "He is a really nice person and since I also have a good personality, we acted flexibly together as good people. I think it created a good synergy." Kang Ha-neul also expressed gratitude towards Park Hae-joon, saying, "He gave many good ideas and we talked a lot on set, making the scenes come out fun."

While Lee Kang-soo and Oh Sang-jae seem indifferent to each other but display a warm camaraderie, the relationship between ambitious prosecutor Koo Kwan-hee (Yoo Hae-jin) and the son of a presidential candidate, Jo Hoon (Ryu Kyung-soo), who wields unchecked power, maintains a tense dynamic, adding richness to the drama. The two become embroiled in a drug investigation, with Koo Kwan-hee starting to help Jo Hoon resolve his issues, leading to a progressively tangled relationship. The nuanced relationship between the desire-filled Koo Kwan-hee and the arrogant villain Jo Hoon provides audiences with another spectacle. Yoo Hae-jin mentioned a scene where Koo Kwan-hee gets angry at Jo Hoon, stating, "It includes a line that warns him by saying, 'I’m this kind of person,' and honestly, a curse slipped out without me realizing it. I specifically asked director Hwang Byeong-guk not to edit out the curse and confirmed it again during the technical screening." Ryu Kyung-soo added, "I wanted to learn from (Yoo Hae-jin's) flexibility. I learned a lot from watching him maintain a light atmosphere on set while still being thoughtful."

'Opposition' is currently showing to great acclaim across the country.
