Broadcaster Jeong Jun-ha celebrated the 20th anniversary of "Infinite Challenge" by losing 10kg in 40 days.

In a video released on the YouTube channel "Jeong Jun-ha Ha Ha" on the 29th, Jeong revealed his results from challenging himself to lose 20kg in 40 days in honor of the 20th anniversary of "Infinite Challenge." He stated, "I lost exactly 10kg in 40 days," and noted, "I reduced my body fat by over 9kg and increased my muscle mass by more than 5kg."

Jeong Jun-ha successfully lost weight by combining strength training and cardio. His trainer remarked, "If he had just focused on losing weight, he could have lost another 6 to 7kg," praising Jeong's efforts to simultaneously increase muscle mass and decrease body fat.

Jeong Jun-ha expressed, "I want to increase my muscle mass more now," and added, "Working out is so much fun. I will continue to lose weight going forward."

Meanwhile, MBC's variety show "Infinite Challenge" has maintained its status as a "national variety show" from May 2006 to 2018, enjoying love and support from viewers for 12 years. During this period, a total of 563 episodes aired, and the legendary episodes are countless.

Jeong Jun-ha gained immense popularity along with Yoo Jae-suk, Park Myung-soo, Noh Hong-cheol, Jeong Hyung Don, and Ha Ha. However, last year, the "2024 MBC Entertainment Awards" celebrated its 30th anniversary by reviving nostalgic variety shows, yet there was no mention of "Infinite Challenge," which raised eyebrows.
