Emotional balladeer Jung Seung-hwan is coming back with 'In Spring.'

The agency Antenna announced, "Jung Seung-hwan will release the digital single 'In Spring' on May 13. As this is the first single Jung Seung-hwan will introduce after his discharge, we ask for your great interest and expectations."

Excluding soundtracks, this marks Jung Seung-hwan's first new single in about 1 year and 11 months since the digital single 'Epilogue' released in June 2023. In line with the single title 'In Spring,' it is expected to meet the public as a signature ballad that captures Jung Seung-hwan's unique emotions.

Along with the single release news, Jung Seung-hwan posted the comeback film for 'In Spring' on the official Antenna YouTube channel on the 30th of last month. The comeback film is produced to provide a glimpse of the mood of this single, showcasing a more mature Jung Seung-hwan, which draws attention. Jung Seung-hwan evokes deep emotions with restrained movements in a space filled with natural light. Notably, the video ends with Jung Seung-hwan opening a mysterious door, adding curiosity about the narrative that will unfold with 'In Spring.'

Jung Seung-hwan has firmly established himself as an 'emotional balladeer' through hit tracks such as 'You Fool,' 'Snowman,' 'Confession on December 25,' 'That Winter,' 'Anywhere Anytime,' and 'It Rains,' as well as multiple soundtracks, including 'Another Oh Hae-young,' 'My Ahjussi,' and 'The Man from Nowhere.'
