In tvN's 'Handsome Guys,' Choi Soo-min, actress and mother of Cha Tae-hyun, makes a surprise appearance.

tvN's 'Handsome Guys' (directed by Ryu Ho-jin and Yoon In-hye) features five cheerful men embarking on a culinary expedition to find local dining hotspots without any dislikes for modern individuals facing an endless menu dilemma. In the 21st episode airing at 8:40 p.m. today (1st), Cha Tae-hyun, Kim Dong-hyun, Lee Yi-kyung, and Shin Seung-ho will be joined by Raimer, a 'music producer and singer,' as a daily guest, in a mission for lunch menu recommendations in the Yeonhui and Yeonnam areas of Seoul.

Among them, Cha Tae-hyun and Kim Dong-hyun visit a restaurant specializing in grilled short ribs for lunch in Yeonhui-dong. This restaurant is not only a favorite of renowned chefs like Lee Yeon-bok but also a place that Cha Tae-hyun's parents frequently visit. Cha Tae-hyun will call his mother, Choi Soo-min, on the spot to share the live testimonial of a witness. Upon answering the phone, Choi Soo-min unexpectedly said something that left both her son, Cha Tae-hyun, and the 'Handsome Guys' production team in shock, raising curiosity about what transpired.

Meanwhile, Kim Dong-hyun and Lee Yi-kyung react unexpectedly towards Choi Soo-min. The two, who thought it was just a call with 'Cha Tae-hyun's mother,' are taken aback by her melodious voice. After realizing that Choi Soo-min is a SUNGWOO, Kim Dong-hyun and Lee Yi-kyung exclaimed, "I had no idea!" After discovering that Choi Soo-min was the main character in the legendary animation 'Youngsim' and 'Run Hani' as Na Ae-ri, they looked at Cha Tae-hyun with new eyes, causing laughter. Cha Tae-hyun, unable to hide his pride, remarked, "She is acting now. My mom is doing better than me."

On this day, the broadcast is said to reveal that Cha Tae-hyun, known as the representative news anchor of 'Handsome Guys,' transforms into a true eating broadcast star due to 'food expert' Raimer. Raimer, who had been silently observing the food escapades of Cha Tae-hyun and Kim Dong-hyun as if he were a subscriber of a food channel, offers autumnal requests and reactions like, "Please wrap the barbecued mackerel in pumpkin leaves and eat it," "Only put a little sauce on the rice," and "That's it! Fantastic!" As a result, Cha Tae-hyun is expected to transform into Raimer's diligent avatar, heightening expectations for the joyful culinary makeover project of 'short-eating brother' Cha Tae-hyun in the upcoming broadcast of 'Handsome Guys.'
