(Following the second interview) Actress Han Geu-ru expressed her impressions of acting in a school uniform in her 30s.

Recently, Han Geu-ru conducted an interview at a cafe in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, regarding the conclusion of KBS2’s daily drama “Cinderella Game.”

“Cinderella Game” is a drama that depicts the story of a woman who, used as a fake daughter by an enemy, becomes a Hwashin of revenge, realizing the true meaning of vengeance as she grows and heals.

Han Geu-ru passionately portrayed the character Goo Hana, a young head of the household full of vitality and responsibility. Notably, he also directly handled Goo Hana's teenage years in the work. In this regard, when talk of school uniforms came up at the production presentation held in December last year, Han Geu-ru sighed deeply and shared his feelings, saying, "I wore a school uniform and a wig. At first, I felt embarrassed, thinking, 'Do I not look like a teenager?'"

In the midst of this, when referring to that time in the interview, Han Geu-ru noted, "After having a baby, I felt like aging was coming on quickly. So, when I saw friends my age outside, I was always thinking, 'Why do they look so young?'"

He continued, "I thought there would be different casting for high school students. But I hesitated because I was doing it. I thought, 'Let’s give this a try,' and took care of myself with packs and a home care device, but every time I looked in the mirror, I felt a reality check."

He said, "When I smiled, I noticed many wrinkles around my eyes. I asked the director, 'Is this okay?' and he said it was fine. It wasn't easy. I felt really embarrassed. I kept apologizing to (Yoon) Se-young, saying, 'I'm sorry. We appear as friends...' because (Se-young) looked so young." He laughed as he added, "In many ways, I had a reality check. I was so happy when it finished that I threw the wig away." (This continues in interview ④.)
