Actor Kim Soo-hyun's side has filed an additional lawsuit against the operator of the YouTube channel 'Garosero Research Institute' on charges of stalking.
Kim Soo-hyun and the legal representative of his agency Gold Medalist, LKB & Partners, reported on the 30th that they have filed an additional lawsuit against Gaseyeon operator Kim Se-eui on charges of violating the stalking punishment law.
LKB & Partners filed a lawsuit against Kim Se-eui for violating the stalking punishment law on the 1st of this month, and claimed that false information about Kim Soo-hyun continued to spread even after a court issued a 'provisional measure' decision on the 23rd, ordering the cessation of stalking behavior. LKB & Partners stated, 'The continuous and repeated dissemination of false information about actor Kim Soo-hyun constitutes stalking crime.'
Gaseyeon claimed, citing a conversation with the family of the late Kim Sae-ron, that Kim Soo-hyun had been in a relationship with Kim Sae-ron for six years starting in 2015, when Kim Sae-ron was 15 years old. Kim Soo-hyun refuted this by stating that while it is true he dated Kim Sae-ron, the relationship occurred only after she became an adult, from the summer of 2019 to the fall of 2020. Kim Soo-hyun's side is in the process of taking legal action against Gaseyeon and the family of Kim Sae-ron.
