In 'Tastefully Yours', Kang Ha-neul, Go Min-si, Kim Shin-rok, and Yoo Soo-bin come together with a commonality of cooking, each with their own unique personality.
Set to premiere on May 12 at 10 p.m., Genie TV's original 'Tastefully Yours' (planned by KT Studio Genie, produced by Shortcake, creator Han Joon-hee, written by Jeong Su-yoon, directed by Park Dan-hee) has unveiled character posters of the four individuals, drawing attention.
'Tastefully Yours' is a fierce kitchen romance about a chaebol heir, Han Beom-woo (played by Kang Ha-neul), who becomes a 'recipe hunter' to inherit a food corporation by acquiring a small restaurant, and Chef Mo Yeon-joo (played by Go Min-si), who runs a one-table restaurant without a signboard in Jeonju.
Led by Mo Yeon-joo, who runs a fine dining restaurant called 'Jeongje', the four individuals with different personalities and styles, including chaebol second-generation Han Beom-woo, ace Jin Myung-sook with 15 years of experience in a soup restaurant, and heir Shin Chun-seung, gather to start a business. As they embark on a chaotic partnership, which showcases their diverse backgrounds and experiences, expectations build for a sweet romance and interesting recipes.
In the character poster revealed first, Han Beom-woo, the three-star hunter of 'Diaman Guide', shows a confident smile, radiating the enthusiasm that he can achieve anything. In particular, the phrase, "I'll help you take over, both the restaurant and your heart!" reveals his boldness and proactive energy, raising curiosity about whether Han Beom-woo can capture both career and love.
Additionally, Mo Yeon-joo, who is the owner and head chef of 'Jeongje', is deeply contemplating the taste of the sauce with a serious demeanor. The statement, "Good ingredients are a principle, not a choice!" represents Mo Yeon-joo's firm philosophy and values regarding cooking, stimulating curiosity about the delicious dishes she will create.
Meanwhile, ace Jin Myung-sook from the soup restaurant beams with a satisfactory smile, showcasing the dignity of her 15 years of experience as if she has discovered the perfect taste. Her relaxed comment, "The skills of trading come from practice," reflects her confidence in cooking as well as the solid fundamentals she has built.
