South Korean top session drummer and versatile singer-songwriter Shin Seok-cheol will release his second single "I Almost Forgot You" today, the 25th, at noon.
Shin Seok-cheol, who proved his outstanding musical abilities in his first single "Like a Solemn Tree" by taking charge of lyrics, composition, arrangement, and all instrumental performances except for the piano, has returned this time with a song in the soft rock genre. This new song "I Almost Forgot You" features the participation of his long-time musical colleague and composer-guitarist Jo Hong-soon, as well as top-tier rock bassist Kim Jeong-wook, enhancing the song's completeness.
In this song, Shin Seok-cheol is expected to evoke listeners' emotions with his unique soft and sweet vocals, bringing back memories of a forgotten past love.
Currently focusing on nurturing students at Digital Seoul Culture and Arts University, Shin Seok-cheol noted, "Through this song, I attempted new musical challenges and hope that fans can feel various aspects of my music."
