Singer Kangnam revealed that he is a 1 million YouTuber but has less wealth than his wife, Lee Sang-hwa, a former national speed skating representative.

The episode of MBC's 'Radio Star' aired on the 23rd and was themed 'The Man from Nowhere,' featuring Go Jun, K.Will, Kim Pung, and Kangnam.

Kangnam operates a channel with 1.07 million subscribers. He said, "The employees said it would be difficult to even reach 100,000, but I expected 1 million."

Kangnam surpassed 1 million subscribers in three years and continues to see growth, aiming to break through 1.1 million subscribers.

Kangnam mentioned, "Thanks to Choo Sung Hoon's channel, I also benefited from the algorithm," adding that his content, which showcases five eateries in a single day in Japan, became a hot topic, despite opposition from the company.

He added, "In the future, I plan to share content eating 10 desserts with my wife, Lee Sang-hwa."

In particular, Kangnam candidly shared realistic discussions about financial responsibilities with his wife, Lee Sang-hwa. He stated, "My wife and I manage living expenses separately," and said, "The YouTube revenue has increased significantly, allowing me to catch up, but the expensive expenses still come entirely from my wife's wallet."

Kangnam remarked, "Her wealth is still considerable due to Olympic pensions, advertising fees, and international competition prize money," and added, "I calculated it, and she has about five times more wealth than I do," which drew surprise. He mentioned that she has won hundreds of medals at various international competitions over the past 25 years.
