According to data released on the 22nd by the 'Music' account operated by X (formerly Twitter), ENHYPEN is the fifth most mentioned team on X among artists performing at this year's Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival (hereinafter referred to as 'Coachella'). During the Coachella period, a total of 2.5 million related posts were uploaded on X, with cumulative views reaching 1.2 billion. The only K-pop artist that made it to the 'Top 5' in mentioned quantity is ENHYPEN.
ENHYPEN left a strong impression with their overwhelming performance and live show lasting about 45 minutes at Coachella on the 12th and 19th (local time). Right after their performance, 'ENCHELLA' (a portmanteau of ENHYPEN and Coachella) topped global real-time trends on X. Additionally, ENHYPEN-related keywords dominated the upper ranks in several countries and regions, including the United States, Japan, and the United Kingdom.
International media also took notice of ENHYPEN. The American music outlet Billboard published an article looking back at the entire stage of the second week of Coachella, stating, "ENHYPEN opened a new era." The American fashion and lifestyle magazine Highsnobiety noted, "ENHYPEN dazzled fans like a lighthouse in the darkness on the Sahara stage." Forbes described, "ENHYPEN, which made a fantastic debut stage at Coachella, solidified its position as a stadium performance artist, elevating its presence on the global stage to a new level."
Meanwhile, ENHYPEN is set to continue their momentum with a new album release and a world tour titled 'WALK THE LINE.' They will make their comeback with their sixth mini album 'DESIRE: UNLEASH' on June 5.
