Regarding his unknown days, Choi Dae-hoon said, "When my father fell ill, every penny for medical expenses was precious, even though I filmed, I couldn't get paid." He added, "There were times I had a wicked thought of bringing my belongings back."
Choi Dae-hoon said, "The first scene was to go from Seoul to Haenam, which took 4 and a half hours, and I finished at 2 a.m.," and added, "The next day, I had to go to Uljin, which took 6 hours by car. The following day, I drove 1,400 kilometers in total from Gangwon-do Yangyang to Seoul, but I didn't receive any appearance fee."
