Some of actor Cha Eun-woo's fandom staged a truck protest in front of the agency, expressing their dissatisfaction, and the agency has also taken formal action.

On the 23rd, the agency Fantagio issued a notification through ASTK's official social media stating, "We are aware that malicious posts defaming ASTK's character and honor, spreading and reproducing baseless rumors, are indiscriminately circulating through social media and online communities."

They added, "We have been monitoring the situation cautiously as it is a sensitive matter, but due to the repeated malicious acts, we have determined that we can no longer overlook this and are preparing strong legal action without leniency," and emphasized, "Actions that exploit anonymity to spread false information or create malicious posts constitute clear illegal acts beyond simple defamation."

The agency stated, "We are continuously collecting data on malicious posts about the artist, and the reports sent by fans are of great help. We would appreciate it if those who have relevant materials could report to us using the email below," as they revealed the email address.

They added, "We again inform you that we will respond strongly to any actions that infringe upon the artist's rights and thank you for your continued interest and support for ASTK."

Previously, from the 21st to the morning of the 23rd, some fans of Cha Eun-woo staged truck protests and wreath protests in front of the Fantagio headquarters located in Gangnam, Seoul.

On the 19th, following the 2nd anniversary of Moonbin's passing, a tribute song titled "Dreaming of Moon," featuring ASTK members and Moonbin's biological brother Moon Sua among 22 peer participants, was released, but some netizens continued to make baseless accusations claiming that the agency and Cha Eun-woo were exploiting the deceased for profit.

In response, some fans staged this protest to express their dissatisfaction with the agency for not addressing the baseless accusations aimed at Cha Eun-woo.
