Rosé of the group BLACKPINK made a surprise appearance as a guest at Coldplay's concert in South Korea.

On the 22nd, the fourth performance of Coldplay's second concert in South Korea, titled 'Live Nation Presents Coldplay: Music of the Spheres Delivered by DHL,' took place at the Goyang Sports Complex Main Stadium in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province.

That day, Rosé took the stage as a surprise guest and sang her hit song 'APT.' alongside Coldplay's vocalist Chris Martin. The audience responded with cheers and singing along, and Chris Martin suggested they do it again due to the enthusiastic response, leading Rosé to perform 'APT.' twice in a row before leaving the stage.

Earlier, Rosé reinterpreted Coldplay's representative song 'Viva La Vida,' which was included as the ending theme for the Apple TV+ original series 'Pachinko' Season 2.

Additionally, Rosé and Coldplay are signed under the Atlantic Records label, which is part of Warner Music.

In addition to Rosé, several top-tier K-pop stars are also appearing as guests for Coldplay's concert in South Korea. TWICE has participated as a special guest in all performances, and on the 19th, BTS member Jin made a guest appearance during the third concert, showcasing the collaborative tracks 'The Astronaut' and 'My Universe.'

Meanwhile, Coldplay is hosting a total of six concerts at the Goyang Sports Complex Main Stadium from the 16th to the 18th, continuing on the 19th, and then on the 22nd, 24th, and 25th. This marks the largest and most attended single-venue concert by a foreign artist in Korea, with an estimated 300,000 spectators.
