The band Lucy (LUCY) awakens the music scene this spring.

Lucy will release its sixth mini album, "Wajangchang," today (23rd) at 6 p.m. through various music streaming sites.

"Wajangchang" is an album that opens a new chapter as Lucy, known for expressing diverse music throughout the journey of flower petals from blooming to falling, welcomes spring. Lucy attracts attention by expressing the sounds of breaking, shattering, and redefining something as "Wajangchang." The member Jo Won-sang, who has produced all albums released under Lucy's name, also leads the song production for "Wajangchang," infusing each song with Lucy's unique color and message.

The album features double title tracks "Jamkkae" and "Hama," among which "Jamkkae," pre-released on the 27th of last month, is receiving much love for its fresh and catchy charm unique to Lucy. "Jamkkae" is characterized by a bouncy drum beat that seems to awaken sleep, and it entered the charts of major domestic music streaming sites, including Melon's latest chart and the HOT100, right after release, proving its popularity.

On the other hand, "Hama" is a song impressive for its contrasting lyrical melody against an addictive BASS loop, featuring witty FX sounds that offer a delightful twist throughout the song. Like the story "You unknowingly fall into the swamp of the hippopotamus," it is expected to become the "popular pick" with its addictive sound that lingers in one's head after a single listen.

Additionally, "Wajangchang" includes six well-made tracks such as "Naega Deo," which captures the bittersweet longing for a departed lover with a rocking sound and relentless vocals, "Ttakdakk," which stands out with fresh lyrics comparing a shy narrator to a humanoid robot and a catchy melody, "Miwohaji Anado Dwel Su Manheun Iyoo," with a warm and lyrical atmosphere empathizing and comforting each other's wounds caused by hatred, and "bleu," a track that member Choi Sang-yeop wrote, composed, and arranged alone, expressing a desire for one to break free from sadness and bloom freely.

Lucy’s sixth mini album, "Wajangchang," will be released today (23rd) at 6 p.m. through various music streaming sites. Following this, Lucy will hold its seventh solo concert, "Wajangchang," from May 2nd to 4th at Korea University's Hwajung Gymnasium, with all seats sold out. To return the support of domestic and international fans, Lucy has prepared more than ever for a lively band performance.
