NCT's Ten (from SME) will pre-release the music for his solo debut album in Japan today (23rd).
Ten's first mini album in Japan, 'Humanity', is set to be released locally on May 28. Ahead of that, all tracks will be available on various global music platforms at 6 p.m. today.
This album includes the title track 'Silence' and the included tracks 'Flash', 'Burn It Up', 'All Good', 'Living Now', and '夢のき', totaling 6 songs in various genres sung in Japanese by Ten, garnering high interest from music fans.
The title track 'Silence' is a DnB (drum and bass) genre song with a dreamy and dark mood, featuring lyrics that express the loneliness felt when left alone in the world, combined with Ten's captivating voice, enhancing the mysterious atmosphere of the song.
Additionally, Ten's impressive vocals shine in the alternative hip-hop track 'Flash', while 'Burn It Up' expresses the journey of forging one’s own path without following others, and the R&B track 'All Good' adds Ten's delicate emotions to lyrics that convey that difficult times eventually turn into beautiful memories. The pop track 'Living Now' highlights the message of enjoying life in the present moment, and the ballad '夢のき', which captures Ten's feelings towards fans who allow him to dream of the future, is also expected to receive a positive response.
Moreover, Ten will hold his first solo tour in Japan, '2025 TEN JAPAN TOUR 1001 ‘TIME WARP’', in May. The performances will take place in Osaka on May 1-2, Fukuoka on May 4, Tokyo (Tachikawa) on May 17-18, Nagoya on May 24-25, and Tokyo (Shibuya) on May 30-31, allowing him to meet local fans more closely and showcase a variety of music and performances.
Ten is currently on his first solo concert tour and has successfully completed performances in Seoul and Bangkok, with a concert scheduled in Shanghai on the 26th and 27th.
