Actor Lee Jong-suk expressed anticipation for the new drama.

The magazine Singles revealed a stylish photo shoot featuring Lee Jong-suk and the premium eyewear brand LINDBERG. In this photo shoot, conducted under a concept that transcends reality and fantasy through LINDBERG eyewear, Lee Jong-suk showcased not only his rational and calm charm but also a mysterious atmosphere.

Lee Jong-suk said, "I took on the role of a character who wears glasses for the first time in Seocho-dong. Once you decide on a character, you have to wear glasses throughout the entire shoot, so I was putting a lot of effort into finding the right pair of glasses. Recently, I saw the main character in a drama wearing LINDBERG glasses. They caught my eye, so I was glad to have the opportunity to do a photo shoot with them this time."

After the three-year break following 'Big Mouth,' Lee Jong-suk, who once again plays a lawyer in 'Seocho-dong,' noted, "'Big Mouth' wasn't a work focused on the activities of a lawyer. In this project, I fully portray the profession of a lawyer, but there aren't many scenes featuring heated debate in court. Since it’s a multi-person narrative, I think it’s a realistic drama focusing on the bonds between people. The character Ahn Joo-hyung isn't someone who chose this profession for grand reasons, which is a distinctive feature."

When asked if he gained anything from this project, he mentioned the actors he collaborated with: "Including myself, Moon Ga-young, Kang Yoo-seok, Ryu Hye-young, and Lim Sung-jae are the five main actors. Rather than a newfound element within me, I gained these four actors. It feels like we're competing as our true characters rather than the background of our roles. It's a bit of a new drama where just sitting and having a meal together with the five of us can feel fun. Therefore, it was a place where the actors became closer and inevitably influenced each other."

Moreover, he expressed positive expectations for the Year of the Snake, saying, "This year is the Year of the Snake, so being born in the Year of the Snake makes me feel vaguely that something good will happen this year. (laughs) While I actually wanted to take a bit more rest, I know very well that there are people waiting for me, so I decided to work really hard from last year to this year and make plans. Therefore, I thought about what genres or projects I haven't done yet. The projects I will take on in the future are more challenging rather than what I like and enjoy. Although I haven't revealed them yet, these vows and choices have been meaningful to me."

As he prepares to shoot 'The Remarried Empress,' he shared his thoughts, saying, "Since the original work is immensely popular, bringing it to life is a project that will be a challenge and adventure for the director, actors, and staff. There will be many aspects we need to prepare, but that makes it even more exciting. I will diligently refer to the original work and follow the director's directions, doing as instructed."
