The new tvN weekend drama "Our Unwritten Seoul," which will premiere on May 24 (Saturday), is a romantic coming-of-age drama about twin sisters who swap lives through a lie in search of true love and life, with everything different except their faces.
In the drama, Park Jin-young plays the role of Lee Ho-soo, the ace lawyer of a major law firm with impressive looks and abilities. Park Jin-young noted, "While reading the script, I felt that the characters' attempts to live well while hiding their deep inner wounds resembled us," and he recalled, "I became deeply curious about how I could portray the character of Ho-soo, which led me to choose this project."
Regarding Lee Ho-soo, he explained, "I thought of him as a character who experiences puberty before becoming an adult. Instead of revealing his wounds, he tries hard not to cause harm to others by concealing them, and that sincerity became the charm of Ho-soo."
"Because of this, I hoped viewers would remember Ho-soo as a person with few lines but who is taciturn," he said. "I tried to speak slowly and built the character by making the delivery of the lines slower," and interest is growing regarding the character of Lee Ho-soo that Park Jin-young will portray.
Finally, Park Jin-young introduced "Our Unwritten Seoul" as "a work that contains a story of the unknown and the future living for each other and growing together."
