The writer Lee Nak-joon from "Study and Play" revealed that his wife is also a doctor.

In the fourth episode of KBS2's variety show "Study and Play," which aired on the afternoon of the 21st, new face broadcaster Kim Mi-ryeo, and daughter Jeong Mo-a, doctor Lee Nak-joon, and daughter Lee Ha-el and son Lee Ha-eon made their first appearance to compete against their parents’ elementary school skills.

MC Kang Ho-dong said, "For the first time in the history of 'Study and Play,' a top student and a doctor father has appeared," raising expectations. Lee Nak-joon, the writer of the Netflix series "The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call," introduced himself by saying, "I write web novels under the pseudonym Hansan-i and I'm an ear, nose, and throat specialist operating a YouTube channel."

Lee Nak-joon appeared with his fifth-grade daughter and third-grade son, and also conducted an interview with the production team. When asked, "Do you think Dad is smart since he graduated from medical school?" the son replied, "He was only smart back then," while the daughter said, "I asked him about English words last time, and he didn't know any..." which drew laughter.

When the third-grade son was asked, "Which university do you want to go to?" he said, "I want to go to medical school like my parents. It seems fun," while the fifth-grade daughter mentioned her aspiration to become a veterinarian.

Lee Nak-joon said, "My wife is also a doctor and graduated from a science high school. That’s 'real,'" adding, "The high school I attended was originally a general school, but I heard it’s changing to a science high school this time."
