Leader of the mixed group Koyote, Kim Jong-min, is getting married.

On the 20th, a wedding ceremony will be held at the Shilla Hotel's Yeongbin-gwan in Jangchung-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul, between Kim Jong-min and his 11-year younger fiancée. The ceremony will take place privately with only family, relatives, and close friends in consideration of the non-celebrity fiancée.

Before the wedding ceremony, a photo wall will be held where Kim Jong-min will personally attend and shine. Additionally, guests attending on that day will also stand at the photo wall to cheer on Kim Jong-min's new beginning.

Kim Jong-min noted, "I never thought that day would be today," sharing his emotional wedding news.

Kim Jong-min's wedding will be conducted in two parts. The host for the first part will be Yoo Jae-suk, who has collaborated with Kim Jong-min on many entertainment programs. The second part will be hosted by his "2 Days & 1 Night" colleagues, Mun Sae-yoon and Cho Sae-ho. The congratulatory songs are expected to be performed by Lee Jeok and Lynn, and Kim Jong-min plans to go on a honeymoon to France after the wedding.

After the wedding announcement, Kim Jong-min shared the wedding preparations through programs such as "Groom Class." He expressed his desire regarding children, saying, "I want to have a daughter first and then a son," and also showed affection by mentioning that his fiancée's nickname is "Hiyung."

Although he appears awkward, his charm makes him impossible to hate, capturing the audience's attention. Since winning the Best Entertainer Award at the KBS Entertainment Awards in 2006, he has won the Grand Award at the KBS Entertainment Awards in 2016. From 2021 to 2024, he has been named for the KBS Entertainment Awards' Entertainer of the Year each year, receiving much love.
