The collaboration song by Coldplay and TWICE has been unveiled.

Today (18th), a new version of the global band's hit single 'WE PRAY' was released worldwide. This version is a collaboration with K-pop superstar TWICE, featuring lyrics sung in Korean by the TWICE members, adding a special touch.

TWICE noted about this collaboration, "'WE PRAY' is a song about overcoming difficulties together and sharing a message of peace and hope. It was truly an honor to collaborate with Coldplay on this song, and it was even more meaningful to record our parts in Korean. We hope our sincerity gets conveyed, and we ask for lots of love and support."

Earlier, TWICE premiered the collaborative version of 'WE PRAY' with Coldplay at their concert in Korea on the 16th. 'WE PRAY' is also gaining attention as part of a global project featuring British rapper Little Simz, Nigerian afrobeats star Burna Boy, Palestinian-Chilean R&B artist Eliana, and Argentine superstar TINI.

The newly released 'WE PRAY' is included in Coldplay's latest album 'Moon Music,' which simultaneously topped major global album charts upon release. In particular, in the U.S., it achieved the number one spot on the Billboard album chart for the fifth time overall, becoming the British artist with the most albums reaching number one in the 21st century (including both solo and group). In the UK, it achieved overwhelming success, surpassing the total album sales combined from second to fortieth place on the chart.

Meanwhile, in December, Coldplay was honored for the second consecutive year with the title of 'Top Rock Touring Artist' at the Billboard Music Awards. The 'Music Of The Spheres World Tour,' which began in March 2022, has sold over 12 million tickets worldwide, including in Europe, North America, South America, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand, marking it as the most attended tour in history.

Additionally, the band recently released an update on the environmentally friendly operation plan for the tour. This tour reduced the average carbon dioxide emissions (CO2e) per performance by 59% compared to the stadium tours of 2016-17, exceeding the previous goal of a 50% reduction.
