The group UNIS has kicked off a strong start to their global popularity.

UNIS (Jin Hyun-joo, Nana, Jelly Dongka, Kotoko, Bang Yoon-ha, Elisha, Oh Yoon-a, Lim Seo-won) is recording significant results on major domestic and international music charts with their second mini album 'SWICY,' released on 15th.

First, the mini album 'SWICY' has topped the iTunes Top Album chart in the Philippines and Turkey. In addition, it has made it onto the iTunes album charts in 12 countries, including Norway, Luxembourg, the United States, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Japan, Qatar, Canada, and Hong Kong, signaling a promising global hit.

The domestic response is also hot. The title track 'SWICY' ranked 62nd on the Melon Hot 100 shortly after its release and 3rd on the Bugs real-time chart. Furthermore, every track from 'What are you doing?', 'DDANG!', 'Good Feeling', to 'Spring Rain' has entered the Bugs real-time chart, proving exceptional music power.

UNIS's 'SWICY' transformation has paid off. Since their debut, UNIS has shown remarkable strength, attracting global attention. This album also boasts richer music and a fitting concept, recording notable results and demonstrating an amazing momentum from the start. Consequently, there is great interest in the various 'SWICY' performances they will showcase in the future.

The mini album 'SWICY' is a neologism combining 'Sweet' and 'Spicy.' This word gained attention alongside the K-food craze of spicy and sweet harmony and has recently become a global trend used in various fields, including beauty and fashion. As a 'Gen Z icon,' UNIS has expressed the keyword 'SWICY' through their music.

Meanwhile, UNIS will embark on full-scale activities with the title track 'SWICY.' They plan to make appearances across various platforms, including music broadcasts, radio, entertainment shows, and YouTube. After completing their comeback activities, they will expand their reach through their first Asia tour.
