The identity of Hyomin's 'financial man' husband from the group T-ara has been revealed. On the 17th, Financial News reported, citing sources from the investment banking (IB) industry, that Hyomin's husband is Kim Hyun-sung, executive director at Bain Capital's Korean office.

Bain Capital is a global investment firm headquartered in the United States that invests across various asset classes including private equity, venture capital, credit investments, real estate, and public equity. It has recently been gaining prominence in Korea, and Kim is known as a key talent at the Korean branch, serving as managing director in charge of major deals and the portfolio group. Furthermore, according to the report, Kim graduated from the Industrial Engineering Department at Seoul National University and joined Bain Capital in 2018 after working at Bain & Company and UNISON. He is regarded as a talent with strong analytical skills and drive in the industry.

Hyomin noted about her husband, "He's not the best looking guy, but I've come to marry a man who seems great in my eyes," adding, "While preparing, I've come to realize again how grateful I am for those who have cherished me all this time."

Hyomin held her wedding on the 6th at a hotel in Jung-gu, Seoul. Notably, the wedding dress Hyomin wore was a 2025 S/S high-end wedding dress by Saramlad, of which only two are known to exist in Korea, garnering much attention.
