On the 16th, in the Netflix entertainment show ‘Chulai Chulai,’ Baek Jeong Nam and Choo Sung Hoon shared deep conversations while enjoying Korean food and traditional liquor in a hanok in Jongno District. When Choo Sung Hoon asked if Baek Jeong Nam was considering marriage, Baek Jeong Nam mentioned that his long-time dog, ‘Bell,’ is currently ill, saying, "I think I will properly consider marriage after I see my dog off well." He added that he wants to marry into an ordinary family without major events but desires to ‘Chulai’ living in a hanok rather than an APT., pointing out that his ideal type is a woman who wants to live in a hanok.
Regarding why his dream house is a hanok, Baek Jeong Nam noted that he fell in love with hanoks, traditional Korean clothing, and the national flag after playing the role of independence fighter Jo Do Seon in the movie ‘Hero.’ He mentioned that he is collecting national flags that were made decades ago, showcasing various flags from faded and frayed ones to those stained with blood, surprising Choo Sung Hoon.
On that day, Baek Jeong Nam appeared at the filming location dressed stylishly in hanbok from head to toe, stating that he loves the unique colors of hanbok and shared an episode where overseas fashion figures admired hanbok designs.
