Comedian Park Sung-kwang's wife, Lee Sol, expressed her frustration over the spread of a death rumor.

On the 15th, Lee Sol uploaded a screenshot of direct messages (DM) from fans on her social account, saying, "Thank you for coming to my account to inform me."

The DMs included messages such as, "Please file a lawsuit," "A strange video has been uploaded on YouTube," and "Please report this account." This was due to fans sending messages after seeing the fake news about Lee Sol's death.

On the previous day, Lee Sol had also posted a screenshot of the reporting messages, saying, "I receive dozens of such DMs in a day." Lee Sol expressed, "I tried reporting on YouTube, but I don’t know what else to do.. How can we stop this?"

Along with this, she tagged the YouTube Korea account, pleading, "Please take down the false rumor video..ㅠㅠㅠ" After receiving the same reports, Lee Sol expressed her gratitude to fans who sent DMs out of concern for her.

Meanwhile, Lee Sol said, "It's not that I’m ignoring it; I’ve tried everything I can, but it seems there’s no other way..." expressing her distress.

Lee Sol married comedian Park Sung-kwang in 2020. On the 2nd, she shocked everyone by belatedly revealing her battle with female cancer through her social account. It was said she received a diagnosis of female cancer after preparing for a child just five months after leaving her job.

At that time, she conveyed her feelings, saying, "The nature of the cancer was not good, and I experienced great despair, not knowing whether I could live for another year or two." Nevertheless, Lee Sol stated, "About three years ago, I completed my surgery and chemotherapy under the protection of my family, and currently, I am undergoing regular check-ups and have been diagnosed as having no cancer cells in my body. I believe I am healthy, but I am still on chemotherapy medication," adding, "There were also misreported articles saying, 'I might not live for several years,' but that is not true," updating on her recovery.

However, fake news videos claiming that Lee Sol passed away at the age of 37 were uploaded on YouTube, inciting anger. Lee Sol, who received reports about the videos, took action such as filing complaints, but the videos have not yet been removed.
