Actor Ha Jung-woo (real name Kim Seong-hoon) sold the luxury dwelling where he lived for about 10 years to SHINee's Minho (real name Choi Min-ho).
On the 15th, the real estate transaction between Ha Jung-woo and Minho was reported late.
According to the real estate registration document, Minho purchased the luxury dwelling located in Jamwon-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul from Ha Jung-woo in May 2023 and recently completed the transfer of ownership.
The dwelling is where Ha Jung-woo lived for about 10 years since 2013 and is located in a luxury residential complex near the southern part of the Hannam Bridge, noted for its prime location with a view of the Han River. It is beneficial for privacy with only one household per floor, and it is a rare large property with a dedicated area of 244.91 square meters and a total area of 304.48 square meters.
In particular, Ha Jung-woo purchased the dwelling for 2.7 billion won and sold it for 5 billion won, earning a capital gain of 2.3 billion won over 10 years. Minho is reported to have paid the full amount of 5 billion won in cash.
Ha Jung-woo and Minho appeared together with actor Ju Ji-hoon and Yeo Jin-gu in the Tving original variety show "Ticketing with Two Feet," which was released in 2023.
