Lee Chae-yeon will appear in her first terrestrial drama.

Lee Chae-yeon plays the lead role while also making her first appearance in a terrestrial drama through the youth disability awareness education drama "Let's Dance."

The youth disability awareness education drama has been co-produced by the Ministry of Education, Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance, and the Korea Disability Support Movement since 2008 and is broadcast every April on Disability Day.

The drama "Let's Dance" portrays various episodes centered around dance to foster a proper understanding of people with hearing disabilities (cochlear implants), featuring Lee Chae-yeon along with Ji-seok from the group "Big Ocean" (playing the role of Ji-seok) and Kim Dong-han from "WEi" (playing the role of Woo-rim).

Lee Chae-yeon plays the role of Cheong-a, a model student who focused solely on academics and had no interest in making friends, who suddenly begins to show concern for others after gaining the ability to hear the inner thoughts of the new student, Ji-seok.

This drama depicts the communication and friendship between a grumpy model student girl and a boy with hearing disabilities, introducing various ways to support individuals with hearing disabilities in its storyline. It conveys the message that what matters is not language, but the sincerity and effort to communicate.

Lee Chae-yeon noted, "I am very honored to be part of a drama with a good intention, and I want to convey that small attention can lead to significant changes through this drama."

Meanwhile, the youth disability awareness education drama "Let's Dance," starring Lee Chae-yeon, will air on the 18th at 12:55 p.m. on KBS1.
