BTS member Jin is returning in May with a new album.

On the 16th at 1 p.m. (Korea time), Jin will release his second mini-album, "Echo." This marks his first new work in about six months since his first solo album, "Happy," in November of last year. Jin decided on a swift comeback, expressing his desire to see fans more often.

"Echo" is an album that captures the various moments of life resonating in different forms like an "echo." It presents stories and emotions that anyone might experience while living in the world, conveyed through Jin's perspective in a straightforward yet witty manner.

The seven tracks included in the new album showcase Jin's diverse vocal talents. Additionally, following his previous work, "Happy," this album is also based on band sounds, reflecting Jin's consistent musical tastes and aspirations.

Meanwhile, on the 15th at 6 a.m., a video of Jin was unexpectedly screened at K-POP SQUARE MEDIA in Gangnam, Seoul. In the video, Jin captivated viewers by holding a placard with the release date, "May 16th," in a crane game machine filled with dolls. Particularly, Jin's outstanding visuals filled the largest LED screen in the country, leaving a strong impression.

Big Hit Music said, "We planned this promotion with the hope of informing more fans of Jin's comeback in a unique way and for everyone to enjoy the wait. We look forward to much interest and anticipation for Jin and 'Echo.'" The video is scheduled to be screened daily from April 15 to 19, from 6 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. in 30-minute intervals.
