"How can you insult Sunwoo?" Fans of Sunwoo from the boy group The Boyz are leaving negative comments even on the fandom platform of actress Nana, who is former member of the girl group After School. The extreme fan behavior is leading to growing criticism.

On the 15th, Nana left a message for fans through the fandom community platform Bubble. In the midst of this, Nana's response to a hater seemingly identifying as a fan of Sunwoo from The Boyz was captured, drawing attention.

In response to a netizen's message saying, "But how can you insult Kim Sunwoo (Sunwoo from The Boyz)?ㅠㅠ," he replied, "This is a space for communication between me and my loving fans." He also noted, "It’s uncomfortable on Instagram, but we can overlook that," and added, "I don't think it's right to come to this space and leave such comments."

Nana continued, "I hope you could refrain from this," emphasizing, "I wish it could stop here for Sunwoo as well." Additionally, she mentioned to her fans, "This space (Bubble) is ours, so I’m trying to read everything," smiling as she added, "Let’s not fight because of me and only say good things."

Earlier, Sunwoo from The Boyz faced criticism over his rude behavior towards a security guard who picked up an item he dropped. Sunwoo, instead of picking up the earbuds he dropped while moving, simply shouted, "My earbuds!" and waited. When the security guard picked up the earbuds and handed them to him, it was pointed out that receiving them with one hand was impolite.

As this scene spread on social media, Nana left a comment saying, "Looks like he will get scolded." In response, one of Sunwoo's fans criticized Nana, saying, "You judged a person based on a few seconds of a fragmentary video." However, Nana rebutted, stating, "Seeing one thing means knowing ten things," and through Bubble, she clarified, "It's wrong to judge a person based only on a short video," but added, "I was not judging the person, but that behavior seemed very disrespectful."

Sunwoo also responded through the fandom platform, stating, "I would never do that, and there are so many fans here. Why would I shout at the security guard to pick up my earbuds? It’s absurd. While I am even trying to reflect on how that was perceived, I’m scared that I’m receiving so much hate from people who leave excessive negative comments based on just a few seconds of video. It’s scary that people could be so harsh without reason. If I don’t say anything, it feels like it will fester, so I will speak up. I'm sorry if there are fans who don’t like this, but I’m just responding as I feel."

However, criticism of his seemingly unrepentant attitude grew even stronger. In response, his agency, One Hundred, issued an apology, stating, "We deeply regret the artist's reckless behavior." Sunwoo also released a personal apology, emphasizing, "I sincerely apologize to everyone who experienced discomfort and hurt due to my immature responses."

Despite this, negative comments directed at Nana continue. In a worrying turn, even his fandom platform has become a breeding ground for negative comments, highlighting a misguided sense of fandom.
