The group BOYNEXTDOOR successfully concluded their first solo tour 'BOYNEXTDOOR TOUR 'KNOCK ON Vol.1'' on the 12th in Jakarta.
This tour started in December last year in Incheon and included stops in Tokyo, Aichi, Osaka, Miyagi, Fukuoka, Kanagawa, as well as Singapore, Manila, Taipei, Hong Kong, and Jakarta. Notably, the performances in Incheon and six cities in Japan sold out almost immediately when tickets became available, demonstrating the intense interest of the global fandom for BOYNEXTDOOR (Seongho, Ryu, Myungjaehyeon, Taesan, Lee Han, Unhak).
BOYNEXTDOOR opened the Jakarta concert with 'Earth, Wind & Fire' and raised the energy with 'Parental Advisory' and 'I'm Going Crazy.' During the stage for past title tracks and the January release 'I LOVE YOU Just for Today,' the crowd erupted with cheers and chants. The audience enjoyed the performances, loudly singing along to Korean lyrics of songs like 'Fadeaway,' 'Stone,' and 'Serenade.' The members expressed their affection towards fans by performing song ad-libs and various comments in the local language, while fans passionately responded by chanting the members' names and shouting 'I love you.'
The six members likened the concert name 'KNOCK ON Vol.1' to paradise, saying, "We hope our first tour will remain in memory for a long time, so we thoughtfully named the concert. This place we share is indeed paradise. Starting with this tour, our paradise will continue to grow."
BOYNEXTDOOR shared their thoughts on concluding the tour, stating, "This moment we have spent together is youth. We want to be on stage forever. While it's regrettable that this is the end, that feeling comes because we have had many happy times. Thank you for enjoying the performance so that we can finish with good memories. We will return having grown even more."
Empowered by the support, BOYNEXTDOOR will hold encore performances in Korea and Japan, reuniting with their fandom name ONEDOOR. They will host 'BOYNEXTDOOR TOUR 'KNOCK ON Vol.1' ENCORE IN JAPAN' at the Main Arena of Musashino Forest Sports Plaza in Tokyo from June 28 to 30 and conclude their first solo tour with the final performance 'BOYNEXTDOOR TOUR 'KNOCK ON Vol.1' FINAL' in Seoul at KSPO DOME from July 25 to 27.
