The actor Nick Moran, who appeared in 'Harry Potter,' is in critical condition due to life-threatening injuries.

On Dec. 12 (local time), foreign media reported that Nick Moran was transported to the hospital due to recent spinal injuries and is currently in critical condition.

According to the Daily Mail, Terry Stone, a friend of Nick Moran, stated that after learning the reason for Moran's recent neck pain was due to spinal injury, he underwent emergency spinal surgery. Stone noted, "I spoke with one of his family members, and he has suffered a neck injury affecting his spine and organs responsible for his speech and legs."

Stone also told the media, "Nick Moran is currently recovering, but before the surgery, doctors shocked us with the possibility that he might 'never walk or speak again.' I was relieved when he came out of surgery, even though his health is not the best."

Doctors were reported to have removed four vertebrae from Nick Moran's neck and replaced them with artificial bones. The surgery is known to have a high likelihood of preventing him from walking or speaking again due to the numerous nerves around the neck and spine.

Stone said, "Nick is speaking now, which is a good sign. However, he is moving like a 100-year-old man and is wearing a neck brace while resting."

Nick Moran's Spokesperson stated, "Nick underwent emergency spinal surgery a week ago, which carries the usual risks associated with this type of procedure. Everything went well. After a brief hospital stay, he returned home fully recovered."

Nick Moran appeared as a supporting character in the 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows' series and has also appeared in 'London Heist,' 'The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor,' 'The Terminal,' 'The Habit of Beauty,' 'The Escape,' 'Age of Kill,' and 'Avengement.'
