The 400th episode of 'Sallimnam' achieved the number one rating for overall entertainment shows on Saturday for nine consecutive weeks.

On air on Dec. 12, KBS 2TV's 'Sallimhanun Namjadeul Season 2' (hereinafter 'Sallimnam') celebrated the 400th episode and the achievement of 7% ratings with MC Eun Ji-won, Baek Ji-young, Park Seo-jin, Ji Sang-ryeol, and Lee Min-woo among the main grants gathering for the '1st Sallimnam Picnic.' The viewership rating for that day's broadcast recorded 6.5% according to Nielsen Korea's nationwide aggregate, and the scene where Eun Ji-won, Baek Ji-young, and Lee Min-woo discovered the wrapping bus prepared by Park Seo-jin in a welcoming gesture showed a peak rating of 7.7%. In particular, with the achievement of the number one overall entertainment rating for nine consecutive weeks, the 2049 rating also rose in tandem, generating significant buzz.

On this day, Park Seo-jin invited the 'Sallimnam' family to his new house in Sacheon. At that moment, Ji Sang-ryeol, who arrived the day before and stayed overnight, naturally made an appearance, expressing special affection by saying, "I came to check how Seo-jin is living in Sacheon."

Ji Sang-ryeol, who is only three years younger than Park Seo-jin's mother, showed his unique friendliness by referring to her as 'Sister Yu-mi', to his father as 'Brother', and to Hyo-jeong as 'Little Sister.' In contrast, Park Seo-jin's mother repeatedly called Ji Sang-ryeol 'Choi Seok-jin' and 'Ji Sang-deok', causing laughter. The charming 'Yu-mi Naming Service' did not stop there. Park Seo-jin's mother later forcibly renamed Baek Ji-young as 'Baek Ji-yeon', Eun Ji-won as 'Eun-gu', and Lee Min-woo as 'Lee Min-kyu', turning the scene into a sea of laughter.

Next, Ji Sang-ryeol planned a surprise camera operation to deceive Eun Ji-won, Baek Ji-young, and Lee Min-woo. Ji Sang-ryeol planned to hide in the wrapping bus that Park Seo-jin had prepared and appear as a surprise. Unbeknownst to her, Baek Ji-young waited anxiously for Ji Sang-ryeol on an empty stomach and eventually called him, unleashing her anger. Startled, Ji Sang-ryeol remarked, "Baek Ji-young is scarier than my mother-in-law," showing a vulnerable side, and Park Seo-jin also worried about the repercussions of the surprise camera.

Worrying was brief, as Ji Sang-ryeol, 56 years old and in his 30th year of broadcasting, showed passion by lying on the bus floor and being genuinely involved in the surprise camera. Following the plan, Park Seo-jin first got off the bus and met with the 'Sallimnam' members, with the four taking a group photo in front of the bus without Ji Sang-ryeol. At that moment, Ji Sang-ryeol secretly appeared through the bus window and joined the group photo, surprising everyone in the studio who saw the scene. After Ji Sang-ryeol got off the bus, the surprise camera operation successfully concluded, and Baek Ji-young, whose mood quickly improved, warmly embraced him, saying, "Our oppa would never do that."

With all the 'Sallimnam' family gathered, the Sacheon tour with daily guide Park Seo-jin began. Wearing a guide microphone, Park Seo-jin introduced the tour, saying, "With a combined age of 232 years, I have perfectly prepared sights and foods tailored for those in their 40s and 50s." They enjoyed various ways to experience Sacheon, passing by the 5.8 km Park Seo-jin path, taking a cable car, and visiting an amusement park.

Continuing the tour, Park Seo-jin, though clumsy, did his best as a guide and lured Ji Sang-ryeol to the giant Ferris wheel, igniting curiosity. Park Seo-jin pretended to get on the Ferris wheel with Ji Sang-ryeol, but at a crucial moment, he stepped away, leaving Ji Sang-ryeol alone on the ride, prompting hearty laughs. Park Seo-jin paid Ji Sang-ryeol back for a past incident when Ji Sang-ryeol abandoned him on the Viking ride in Incheon, stating, "Now I can sleep soundly." Ji Sang-ryeol, who rode the Ferris wheel in solitude while undergoing forced silence, jokingly asked Park Seo-jin, "Who are you? What was your name again?" causing laughter.

After enjoying a fulfilling Sacheon tour, the 'Sallimnam' family headed to Park Seo-jin's new house in Sacheon. The members marveled at the 150 pyeong (approximately 5,000 square feet) three-story mansion and later spent a joyful time meeting Park Seo-jin's family.

During the time when all the members revealed the housewarming gifts they had prepared, Ji Sang-ryeol sparked controversy by presenting marinated crab. Caught off guard by the unexpected reaction, Ji Sang-ryeol asked Park Seo-jin's family, "Don't you eat marinated crab?" and Hyo-jeong explained, "My mom makes marinated crab herself. Our family doesn’t eat it well, and I’m allergic to shellfish." Feeling emotional, Ji Sang-ryeol stated, "I guess I should take the gift back. Looks like I won't be visiting this house again," feeling disappointed, while Park Seo-jin's mother tried to comfort him, and Ji Sang-ryeol whined, saying, "Sister, let this go!" making everyone burst into laughter.

After sharing a good laugh with housewarming gifts, the 'Sallimnam' family and Park Seo-jin's family began preparing food. Lee Min-woo showed his sweet side by assisting Park Seo-jin's mother diligently, while Park Seo-jin playfully expressed jealousy, saying, "Mom, you should cook with Min-woo first, as you like him."

'Sallimnam,' celebrating its 400th episode, showcased the strong family love that goes beyond teamwork, warming the viewers' homes. Loved as KBS 2TV's representative long-running entertainment program that provides laughter and empathy to its viewers, 'Sallimnam' airs every Saturday at 9:20 p.m.
