Actress Han So-hee recently updated fans on her well-being.

On the 12th, Han So-hee posted on her blog, "Hello, how are you? No news is good news, but let's at least ask how each other is doing."

Han So-hee said, "One of the reasons I write on my blog is that, when I quietly read the comments, I see how those who comment spend their time living each day and what kind of attitude they have towards life."

She added, "I always strive to move toward a better direction, but life often resembles the saying, 'a small bird trying to follow a stork only to have its leg torn.' These days, I am trying to spend my days in line with my capabilities and reality. I cannot demand the best or the highest every time."

Han So-hee said, "I may not come often, but after finishing filming, I plan to take a vacation and try to talk with you all as much as possible. Usually, I just babble about what I want to say. Recently, I shared some diet food, and I hope everyone enjoyed it and ate healthily (in moderation). As I get older, I realize that health is indeed the most important thing. Please take care of yourselves. See you again."

Meanwhile, Han So-hee was embroiled in controversy regarding her private life after acknowledging her relationship with actor Ryu Jun-yeol last March. Han So-hee and Ryu Jun-yeol broke up just two weeks after confirming their relationship.

Han So-hee is currently set to release a new movie titled 'Project Y'.

Hello, how are you?

No news is good news, but let's at least ask how each other is doing!

One of the reasons I write on my blog is that, when I quietly read the comments, I see how those who comment spend their time living each day and what kind of attitude they have towards life.

What if it’s just complaining? Please feel free to unload everything onto me.

I know well that it’s not always possible to wake up with a joyful heart, so I, too, feel a lot of comfort and gratitude.

Isn’t it the same for everyone living life?

In the end, living each day enjoying just another ordinary day means that happiness occasionally comes, seemingly out of nowhere, and perhaps that is the reason we go on living.

As the past shapes the present, I often reflect on my life, thinking back on moments that were less than glamorous and times when what I believed to be right turned out not to be, but I try not to get trapped in that.

I always strive to move toward a better direction,

but life often resembles the saying, 'a small bird trying to follow a stork only to have its leg torn.' These days, I am trying to spend my days in line with my capabilities and reality.

I cannot demand the best or the highest every time.

Although I have said many seemingly profound things, what I truly want to convey is that 'let’s live our lives, even if it's not that splendid.'

Perhaps that's why the blog serves as a warm communication channel for me.

Sharing your precious days and all the words of support—this feels like the gift I receive from writing on my blog.

What I can offer you is,

sometimes visiting and smiling while looking at my chaotic and disjointed writings and photos,

taking time to reflect on your body and mindset while writing about your day in the comments.

And if I feel that I have become a bit closer to all of you who love me, that is enough for me.

I will stop here.

I may not come often, but after finishing filming, I plan to take a vacation and try to talk with you all as much as possible.

Usually, I just babble about what I want to say.

Recently, I shared some diet food,

I hope everyone enjoyed it and ate healthily (in moderation).

As I get older, I realize that health is indeed the most important thing.

Please take care of yourselves. See you again.
