Joy's home, where she has been living alone for six months, provided an extreme contrast of comfort and beauty to the point that there is a separate SNS zone. The SNS zone decorated with her beloved props and furniture contrasted with the reality zone filled with daily necessities, bringing laughter.

Starting with morning stretching, Joy showcased an impressive self-management routine that lasted over three hours, surprising everyone. The various home care devices displayed her skills as an internet shopping expert, resonating with Jun Hyun-moo and Park Na-rae. Joy's ability to take care of her body and mind, along with her rapid-fire delivery of health information, earned her admiration from Rainbow members, who affectionately nicknamed her 'Doctor Joy of Management.'

In particular, Joy remarked, 'I really envy thin bodies. If I were to be reborn, I'd want to be born with a thin body.' She expressed that 'In my 20s, I think I didn't take care of myself while being conscious of others. Later, it caused problems for me. But by shifting my perspective and changing my self-care from being for others to being for myself, my mental health improved, and my body became better,' candidly sharing her efforts and concerns in finding healthy diet methods.

Additionally, a scene was revealed showing Joy spending time with her close friend RAY from IVE. Joy conveyed heartfelt stories to RAY, who was sharing her concerns, and the two continued their chat endlessly. Joy even prepared a gift for RAY, showcasing their warm chemistry.

Joy is finding ways to love and cherish herself. She said, 'I still have so much to learn. Every day feels like a feeling of being solidly filled up like tree rings,' and added, 'I believe I shouldn't stop being interested in and learning about myself. Rather than feeling overwhelmed or burdened, it's just really fun,' smiling. Upon seeing this, Park Na-rae noted her own trials and expressed encouragement, saying to Joy, 'You really love yourself a lot,' while Go Seung-hwan shared his impressions of learning various ways to find happiness at home.

Meanwhile, scenes of Jun Hyun-moo struggling to overcome laryngitis were also revealed. Looking haggard, he lay on the sofa focusing on self-treatment for recovery, and during the week he battled laryngitis, he felt deeply that 'it's lonely to be sick when alone.' He charged his energy by looking at the supportive and comforting comments from fans on his social media posts. After seeing himself in the studio, Jun Hyun-moo awkwardly laughed, saying, 'Of course, the situation is very different now.'

Jun Hyun-moo, who said he only ate meal replacement food while sick, made a ramen dish with vegetables and konjac noodles for recovery, without pausing his medication and self-treatment while fighting laryngitis. He also found comfort by talking on the phone with Lee Joo-seung and NCT's Doyoung. The contrasting advice of Joo-seung, who said he should eat cold food, and Doyoung, who suggested warm food, brought laughter.

Meanwhile, the warm gesture of Lee Joo-seung, who quickly came to pick up Jun Hyun-moo for hospital visits, caught attention. Jun Hyun-moo was touched by Joo-seung's readiness to help him, struggling to find words as he choked up. Later, it was reported that he sent coffee and snacks to the filming set of Joo-seung's drama.

Thanks to Lee Joo-seung, who safely brought him to the hospital, Jun Hyun-moo felt relieved as his throat condition gradually improved. He then asked the doctor whether cold or warm food would be better for laryngitis and burst into laughter recalling that he had eaten cold ice cream after hearing Joo-seung's advice.

After receiving IV treatment, Jun Hyun-moo showed a more livelier appearance. Upon returning home, he devoured a bowl of warm Gamjatang, making a full recovery. Go Seung-hwan expressed surprise, saying, 'I've never seen someone eat that much among those who are sick.' The sight of Jun Hyun-moo appearing to have returned to his healthy self brought smiles of relief to the Rainbow members.

Next week, a glimpse of Code Kunst, who became a superstar at his alma mater, and the new daily life of super sexy Danny Koo, who has returned, is expected to elevate excitement.
