Comedian Shim Jin-hwa expressed admiration with a generous gift for Kim Won-hyo.

On the 11th, a video titled "Men who married comedians! We have them here!" was uploaded to the 'Content Production Studio' channel. On that day, comedians Kim Won-hyo, Jung Sung-yoon, and Kim Min-ki were guests.

Nam Ho-yeon asked Kim Won-hyo, "Didn’t you film a lot of ads with the emergency response committee?" and Kim Won-hyo replied, "The broadcasting income was not much. As comedians, we all know, but we all have grades, and there are public auditions and special invitations. I also entered through a special invitation and received much less than the standard pay per episode that others received."

When he asked, "So did you receive around 3,000 or 40,000 won?" Kim Won-hyo responded, "I received even less than that. I filmed many commercials—over 30. The 'emergency response committee' came shortly after my marriage," and he said, "When we got married, we combined our finances for 2,500 won. It might sound funny now, but I thought that person would be very well-off. I thought they were doing okay. They were a senior to me, and they had been successful in comedy and everything, so I figured they'd have more than me, but they didn’t have much money."

Choi Sung-min pushed, asking Kim Won-hyo, "Did you approach Jin-hwa because of money?" and Kim Won-hyo replied, "I thought they were better off than me. But after that, the emergency response committee did well, and I said I would take care of everything, so they could rest at home. Don’t we always do that? At weddings, we say we won’t get our hands dirty. For several years, I lived off my income and provided for everything, but a few years ago, the roles reversed."

Nam Ho-yeon said, "Since Jin-hwa completely struck gold with home shopping. Because there was mutual trust. We respect each other," to which Kim Won-hyo replied, "Everyone should be careful with their words when they get married. Even verbal contracts are contracts, so you shouldn’t casually say, 'I’ll earn everything, so you relax.' I wanted to keep my word. So I told them not to wash the dishes and to take it easy. If they want to travel, they should go travel. I genuinely won’t wash the dishes. Later, I think, 'Why am I doing all this?'"

Especially, Nam Ho-yeon said, "Won-hyo said in the marriage vows that he would buy a Chanel bag every year, and he still does it every year," which drew surprise. Kim Won-hyo responded, "These days, she buys her own," and Nam Ho-yeon asked, "Has Won-hyo kept that promise? So what promise did Jin-hwa make?"

In response, Kim Won-hyo said, "I didn’t make such a promise because I didn’t want anything," which drew jeers. He added, "My wife puts it off until I really want something, then buys it one by one. She seems to keep tempting me. At my level, everyone drives foreign cars, and she asks if I don’t want one. I say I don’t have one. Right now, I drive a Palisade. That’s what I’m most satisfied with."

Then Jung Sung-yoon revealed, "I saw you driving a Porsche," and Kim Won-hyo said, "That’s why I’m bringing it up. My wife wants to drive a foreign car. So I genuinely thought, 'Then I’d like to buy a Porsche,' but when I asked how much, it was over 100 million won. She handed me in one go what she had saved up to this point. If any of you want something, don't talk about trivial things like Burberry or Rolex; just ask for a Porsche outright," which caused laughs.

Choi Sung-min asked, "Did you sell that car and are you driving the Palisade now?" and Kim Won-hyo replied, "I sold it and used the money to move houses. I’m still saving up," then suddenly called out, "Honey, Rolls-Royce!" which drew a burst of laughter.
