KBS Joy's "Pursuing Old Encounters" has won the honor of the 300th PD Award in the TV entertainment category this month.

The Korean Producers Association's PD Award judging committee announced on the 11th at a ceremony held at the Broadcasting Hall in Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, that "Pursuing Old Encounters," planned and produced by KBSN (planning by Jang Kyung-eun, directed by Kim Tae-wook and Seo Jin-bae, written by Kim Jong-seon and Jeon Sang-hee), received the Korean Producers Association's TV entertainment category "PD Award of the Month."

"Pursuing Old Encounters" is a program that depicts the process of middle-aged singles, who were former colleagues in the entertainment industry, revisiting hidden connections and discovering new emotions. Participants included Lee Young-ja, Jang Seo-hee, Woo Hee-jin, Kim Suk, Hwang Dong-joo, Koo Bon-seung, Ji Sang-ryeol, and Lee Jae-hwang, with the authentic portrayals of the Lee Young-ja-Hwang Dong-joo and Kim Suk-Koo Bon-seung couples receiving much love from viewers.

The judging committee noted, "It broke the mold of existing dating reality programs and received positive reviews from viewers for the authenticity of the participants' chemistry and non-stimulating direction."

"Pursuing Old Encounters' production team expressed, "Initially, the participants joined with relatively light hearts, but as time went on, their immersion grew, allowing them to earn love from many viewers," and conveyed their gratitude to the production team, participants, and viewers regarding the award.
