On this day, Park Soo-hong and Kim Da-ye enjoyed a walk in front of their house with their daughter Jae-i and their cat Dahong. After finishing their walk, the couple was astonished to see a mountain of packages piled up in front of their house.
This was all educational materials and tools prepared for their daughter Jae-i. Kim Da-ye expressed surprise, saying, "Is this so much? Did so many boxes arrive?" and Park Soo-hong sighed, "When are we going to organize all this?" while starting to clean up.

After finishing the organization amid various twists and turns, Kim Da-ye said, "I feel so proud" and added, "Now let’s really decorate this beautifully in Jae-i's room after we move in." Afterwards, the video revealed Jae-i's room in the new house. While only a glimpse of the construction's unfinished state was shown, the spaciousness of the room caught the eye. Park Soo-hong teased, "I wonder how Jae-i's room will change? It will be revealed in the next content," adding anticipation.
Meanwhile, in February, a media outlet reported that Park Soo-hong and Kim Da-ye purchased a large 1 unit of the 'Apt. Shin Hyun-dae' in Apgujeong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, at a record price. According to the report, the couple jointly purchased a 170 square meter unit of Apt. Shin Hyun-dae in Apgujeong with a 50% equity each for 7.05 billion won last November. A bank lien of 3 billion won was also established, and considering that the typical maximum claim amount is about 120% of the loan amount, it is estimated that about 2.5 billion won was borrowed for the purchase. Among the transaction value of 7.05 billion won, about 4.5 billion won seems to have been financed with their own funds.
The APT. Shin Hyun-dae, located along the Han River, was built in 1982 with a total of 27 buildings, comprising 1,924 units, reaching a maximum height of 13 floors. It is conveniently located right next to Apgujeong Station on Subway Line 3 and directly across from Hyundai Department Store Apgujeong Main Branch.
