"First Ride" (working title) is a comedy that depicts the unpredictable events that occur as childhood friends embark on their long-anticipated first overseas trip.

First, Kang Ha-neul reunites with director Nam Dae-jung after the movie "30 Days." He plays the role of "Tae-jeong," an elite who is perfect in looks, grades, and family, except for his perfectionist character, and will showcase a close chemistry with Kim Young-kwang, Cha Eun-woo, and Kang Young-seok. With his trademark performance that has been loved in works like "Twenty," "Midnight Runners," the drama "When the Camellia Blooms," and "Squid Game Season 2," all attention is focused on his engaging portrayal.

Kim Young-kwang, making a return to the screen after a long time with "First Ride," plays the role of "Do-jin," who dreams of being a basketball player but finds a new goal through "Yeon-min" (played by Cha Eun-woo). His performance, which ranges from delicate emotional expressions to bold transformations in series such as "The New Human" and films like "Mission Possible" and "Your Wedding," has already generated high expectations.

Next, Cha Eun-woo will make his first appearance in a comedy film. Although he is currently confined to his room, he dreams of being the DJ at the world's music festival tomorrow as "Yeon-min," which heightens curiosity. Debuting as a member of ASTK, Cha Eun-woo has continued his acting journey through various genres in dramas like "My ID is Gangnam Beauty," "Island," and "Wonderful World." As this is his first challenge in this genre, everyone's attention is on what new aspect he will showcase.

Joining them is Kang Young-seok, who has demonstrated exceptional charm on stage and in dramas, captivating both audiences and viewers. Recently, he dazzled with his role that oscillates between good and evil in series like "Newtopia" and the drama "Welcome to Samdali." He will play the character "Geum-bok," who turned to religion early on, and is expected to complete yet another distinct character in his own unique style.

Finally, Han Sun-hwa, who has received overwhelming responses from viewers and audiences with her vibrant performances in films like "Pilot," "Bittersweet: 7510," and the series "The Woman Who Plays," will transform into the action leader "Ok-sim," who makes sure that what she sets her mind to is accomplished and achieved. Her anticipated role this time is already drawing attention for the potential laughter she might generate.

Meanwhile, "First Ride" (working title) is the latest work of director Nam Dae-jung, known for the well-received "30 Days," which wittily depicted the story of a couple in crisis declaring their separation. With his renowned atmospheric directing set against the exotic backdrop of overseas travel, expectations are building for a fresh and amusing comedy paired with the vibrant chemistry of the five leads.

The movie "First Ride" (working title) began shooting on March 21.
